Role Overview
As a Store Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales performance, managing team schedules, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will also ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and stock management align with company policies and procedures.

Team Management and Support

Assist in assigning responsibilities to sales team members

Prepare staff schedules ensuring full shop floor coverage

Maintain grooming and presentation standards
Customer Centricity and Operations

Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

Requirements to Succeed

Minimum two years’ experience in a supervisory role within beauty retail

Ability to manage and motivate a small team

Strong customer-centric mindset

Arabic speaking is mandatory
