Role Overview – Store Supervisor
As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store while ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance. You will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager, leading frontline teams, and maintaining operational efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate staff, resolve customer concerns, and ensure that company policies and visual merchandising standards are consistently followed. The Store Supervisor is also expected to drive sales, manage inventory, and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

Lead, motivate, and support sales staff to achieve individual and store-level sales targets

Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally

Monitor store performance using key retail metrics and implement action plans to improve results

Support the Store Manager in staff scheduling, task allocation, and performance management

Ensure proper product availability through effective inventory control and stock replenishment

Minimize stock losses by enforcing loss prevention and security procedures

Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards

Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Candidate Requirements

5–7 years of proven experience in electronics retail operations

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of consumer electronics products and retail sales processes

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Ability to lead teams effectively in a high-pressure retail environment

Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset

Good understanding of inventory management, POS systems, and retail reporting tools

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
