Role Overview – Cabin Cleaning Supervisor
As a Cabin Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring aircraft cabins meet Etihad’s high standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will supervise and guide cleaning teams, ensuring that all cabin cleaning activities are completed efficiently, safely, and on time. This role directly contributes to on-time performance, passenger comfort, and overall flight readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Supervision

Supervise cabin cleaning teams to ensure tasks are performed safely and in line with Etihad and regulatory standards

Review, prioritize, and assign workloads to ensure smooth daily operations

Maintain a strong focus on on-time performance and operational efficiency
Quality and Compliance

Conduct final checks and sign-offs as per established procedures

Ensure equipment is checked for condition and serviceability before use

Highlight changes to plans and secure necessary approvals
Team Leadership and Reporting

Education and Experience Requirements
