Job Purpose
The Administrative Executive will support Trading Enterprises brands such as Honda, CJDR, and Volvo by ensuring smooth back-office operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating administrative processes across multiple departments, helping teams deliver efficient and seamless services.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including:
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshooting SAP and system issues
- Managing pricing updates, showroom invoicing, and campaign setups
- Handling procurement processes and asset requisitions across departments
- Managing invoice corrections, recovery processes, and financial adjustments
- Supporting HR processes such as manpower requisitions, employee records, and organizational alignment
- Coordinating with Real Estate and Facilities teams for new locations, refurbishments, and compliance requirements
- Ensuring smooth communication and workflow between multiple business units
Skills & Requirements
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:
- 2–3 years of experience in administrative or retail support roles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of SAP, Ariba P2P, and MS Excel is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
