About the Role
The Sales Support Agent – Courier Express plays a vital role in supporting SkyCargo operations by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate billing and compliance with agreed tariff rates. The position supports the onboarding of new customers as SkyCargo account holders in alignment with IATA CASS accreditation, while maintaining seamless coordination between customers, internal teams, and finance functions.
This role requires close collaboration with Emirates Group Revenue Accounts, operational teams, and customers to ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across all commercial and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer and Commercial Support

Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service to courier and cargo customers

Manage the commercial support mailbox, responding to customer queries, billing concerns, and service-related requests

Resolve billing disputes professionally and within agreed timelines
Billing and Financial Coordination

Coordinate with EK Revenue Accounts to manage Air Waybill (AWB) stock ranges and ensure timely release of AWB stocks to agents

Reconcile daily cash and card collection reports, including import, export, and miscellaneous sales from various terminals
-
Share accurate daily sales and collection reports with the EK Finance team
Operational and Reporting Duties

Run daily COU AWB movement reports and bill ULD pivot weight charges for shipments using dedicated Unit Load Devices (ULDs)

Perform regular quality checks on AWB reverification reports and address discrepancies with the central AWB verification team
-
Track and record all additional and optional services such as ATA trucking, relabelling, and packing fees, ensuring charges are billed correctly
Compliance and Controls

Verify waivers and refunds related to freight charges and cash/card transactions
-
Recover charges that were waived without proper authorization

Assist in raising waivers, service recovery requests, and manual CCAs by obtaining approvals through SkyConnect, SkyChain, and email

Maintain accurate records for audit and future tracking purposes
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the air cargo industry, preferably in a team leader or equivalent role

Strong background in cargo operations and customer service

Sound knowledge of Air Cargo Tariffs, IATA/FIATA regulations, and import/export rules

Familiarity with SkyCargo systems, policies, and procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and creative thinking abilities
