About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting GMG’s operational efficiency and daily office management. The position involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the smooth functioning of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities include:

Review and maintain written and digital records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Perform data entry and manage administrative documents effectively.

Assist with the coordination of meetings, budgets, personnel, and clerical functions.

Conduct research and collect relevant data for reports and presentations.

Help with accounting and budget-related activities.

Support the implementation of new procedures and administrative systems.

Prepare confidential reports, meeting minutes, and other essential documents.

Manage office operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and disposal of equipment.

Ensure the availability of office supplies by coordinating with procurement and head office administrative teams.

Maintain accurate records of consumables and stationery requirements for warehouse operations.
This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements

A High School Diploma is required; however, an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Additional certification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is considered an advantage.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience in office coordination, inventory management, or procurement support will be beneficial.
