Job Purpose
The Tool Stores Warehouse & Logistics Junior Assistant plays a key role in supporting the seamless flow of tools, materials, and logistics operations within Emirates Engineering. The objective of this position is to ensure that every request raised by the maintenance teams—whether tools, equipment, or materials—is fulfilled effectively, safely, and in full compliance with the company’s operating standards.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, the selected candidate will:

Carry out daily warehouse and logistics support tasks across designated operational areas, such as Goods Inwards, Main Stores, Sub Stores, Tool Stores, Line Maintenance Stores, Outstation Support, and Spares Distribution.

Perform routine warehouse functions including picking, packing, sorting, stocking, transporting, and pre-loading of materials.

Support Warehouse & Logistics Assistants and Senior Assistants in meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and departmental performance targets.

Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM) guidelines are strictly followed.

Maintain adherence to Emirates’ rigorous safety policies and procedures at all times.

Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and utilize handheld devices for system transactions related to logistics operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
