About the Role
As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations within Amazon’s delivery station. Your primary role will be to support the Operations Manager by managing the team, coordinating logistics processes, and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations.
You’ll lead and motivate a team of logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates—ensuring that all shipments meet the highest operational KPIs. A strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement is central to this role.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily logistics operations, deputizing for the Operations Manager when required.

Supervise logistics staff, coordinators, and delivery associates to meet delivery performance standards.

Maintain safety and compliance standards at all times.

Coach and mentor team members, conducting performance reviews and interviews for new roles.

Manage driver workloads and ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately.

Track and report daily operational metrics to identify areas for process improvement.

Partner with internal departments and delivery service providers to enhance operational efficiency.

Provide training and support to new associates to ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain flexibility to work shifts and handle overtime as business demands require.
