About the Role: Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of warehouse operations. The role involves managing spare parts, inventory tracking, and ensuring timely coordination with different teams. The selected candidate will work closely with supervisors to ensure all processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain the technical spare part supply in the store or warehouse in close collaboration with the supervisor.

Carry out receipt inspections and verify orders to ensure accuracy.

Label, store, and update systems upon receiving new items — including posting stock withdrawals and preparing stock receiving reports.

Record and post daily withdrawals of spare parts with high precision.

Conduct regular stock-taking (physical inventory counting) as required.

Manage purchasing and arranging of spare parts in alignment with supervisor and stakeholder needs.

Ensure a well-organized and clean storage environment (“good housekeeping”).

Maintain accurate administration of parts, machine catalogs, and manuals.

Evaluate and reconcile daily receipts to ensure consistency.
-
Coordinate local repair, fabrication, and service orders.

Maintain stock levels as per the defined minimum and maximum ranges.

Communicate discrepancies or damaged stock promptly to the concerned team.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or spare parts management.

Skilled in inventory reporting, basic costing, and warehouse management systems.

Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or any other ERP system.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
