Qualifications

Applicants for the Site Store Keeper (MEP) position must meet the following criteria:

• Gulf Experience: Minimum two years in a similar role.

• MEP Material Knowledge: Strong familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing materials.

• UAE Residency: Currently residing in the UAE is mandatory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Site Store Keeper will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of MEP materials. Responsibilities include:

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing all MEP materials delivered to the site.

• Matching deliveries against purchase orders and specifications.

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and optimal stock levels.

• Generating daily/weekly material usage reports for engineers and procurement teams.

• Conducting regular inventory checks and reconciling with system records.

• Preparing material request forms and consumption reports.

• Handling and storing hazardous materials safely.

• Organizing storage areas to prevent damage, loss, or accidents.

• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

• Managing documentation such as delivery notes, material inspection requests (MIRs), and submittals.

• Tracking the issuance and return of tools and equipment.

• Keeping calibration and servicing records for tools and testing equipment.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Attention to detail and understanding of construction workflows.

• Familiarity with MEP documents and technical terminology.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
