About the Role

The Logistics Executive is responsible for supporting logistics, inventory, finance, and supply chain operations for the Watches & Jewellery division. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing logistics documentation, managing SAP transactions, and supporting payment processing.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, finance teams, banks, and third-party logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Inbound Logistics

  • Processing inbound logistics activities using SAP Material Management.

  • Coordinating with warehouses, suppliers, insurance providers, clearing agents, and brand teams.

  • Managing shipment documentation from arrival to warehouse receipt.

  • Processing bank guarantees, Letters of Credit (LCs), and Documents Against Payment (DPs).

  • Coordinating payment clearance with suppliers and financial institutions.

  • Maintaining monthly import plans and logistics reports.

Outbound Logistics

  • Processing customer sales orders in SAP.

  • Preparing proforma invoices and delivery documentation.

  • Coordinating picking, packing, invoicing, and shipment activities.

  • Preparing export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.

Finance & Inventory Support

  • Processing payments for freight, customs, courier, and logistics service providers.

  • Reconciling overseas stock reports with SAP inventory records.

  • Coordinating with warehouse, sourcing, and finance teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

  • Two to three years of experience in administration, logistics, or sales coordination.
