About the Role

The Logistics Executive is responsible for supporting logistics, inventory, finance, and supply chain operations for the Watches & Jewellery division. Inbound Logistics

• Processing bank guarantees, Letters of Credit (LCs), and Documents Against Payment (DPs).

• Coordinating payment clearance with suppliers and financial institutions.

• Maintaining monthly import plans and logistics reports.

Outbound Logistics

• Processing customer sales orders in SAP.

• Preparing proforma invoices and delivery documentation.

• Coordinating picking, packing, invoicing, and shipment activities.

Finance & Inventory Support

• Processing payments for freight, customs, courier, and logistics service providers.

• Reconciling overseas stock reports with SAP inventory records.

Required Qualifications
