Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse store operations while ensuring excellent customer service and accurate transaction processing.
Main duties include:
• Receiving, inspecting, and storing animal feed products according to company standards
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting stock checks
• Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement
• Processing sales transactions and maintaining cash register accuracy
• Coordinating stock replenishment with primary warehouses
• Ensuring the store remains organized, clean, and fully stocked
• Assisting with loading, unloading, and delivery arrangements
• Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Preparing daily sales and inventory reports
• Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual stock counts
• Following Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines
Required Qualifications and Skills

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in storekeeping, retail operations, or customer service
