Role Purpose
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales department by managing order processing, documentation, and customer communication activities. The role ensures that all sales operations are executed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Creating and processing Sales Orders in SAP accurately

Preparing Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices, and LC documentation

Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

Monitoring stock levels and supporting sales engineers with planning

Maintaining accurate documentation including:

Local Purchase Orders (LPOs)

Delivery notes
-
Invoices
-

Tracking order status and following up on pending orders

Issuing and sending monthly tax invoices to customers

Creating and updating customer master data in SAP

Ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements

2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or internal sales support

Experience in HVAC or building materials industry (preferred)
