About the Role
The Load Control Coordinator is responsible for producing and reviewing aircraft Weight and Balance documentation for flights departing from Dubai Airports and outstations. The role ensures aircraft space utilization is optimized while maintaining safety and legal compliance.
You will coordinate with Captains, airline operations teams, and ground services to ensure accurate fuel weight figures and final load sheets are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Review and release weight and balance documentation, including:
-
Loading instruction reports
-
Load sheets
-
Trim sheets
-
-
Communicate fuel weight figures with Captains and airline operations
-
Incorporate last-minute operational changes into load sheets
-
Deliver finalized documentation via ACARS system
-
Monitor and update load information based on airline requirements
-
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies
-
Follow standard operating procedures and departmental processes
-
Maintain consistent and controlled day-to-day operations
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this position, as documentation directly impacts aircraft safety and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Minimum 5 years of aviation or ground handling operational experience

At least 3 years of experience producing aircraft weight and balance documents
-
Hold a valid Weight and Balance Licence
-
Knowledge of Altea systems or other weight and balance platforms
-
Strong IT and computer literacy skills

High level of safety awareness

Strong quality orientation and attention to detail
