Key Responsibilities
As a Cargo Supervisor, you will oversee cargo warehouse operations and freighter ramp activities while ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Core Duties Include:
- Supervise freighter ramp operations and improve on-time performance (OTP)
- Plan and manage cargo operations across routes and products
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of high-priority shipments
- Optimize flight capacity and reduce operational discrepancies
- Lead and train ground handling staff to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and Dangerous Goods regulations
- Monitor KPIs such as Cargo iQ, eAWB, and SLA performance
- Support complex cargo planning for passenger and freighter flights
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:
- High school diploma (preferred: diploma in logistics or operations management)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cargo operations
- Experience in freighter handling and team supervision
- Certification in cargo handling and Dangerous Goods (DG)
- Knowledge of aircraft types such as B747F and B777F
- Strong understanding of cargo systems and airfreight regulations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
