Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Storekeeper, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations and ensuring proper stock management.

Core Duties Include:

  • Process sales return (GRV) transactions within set timelines
  • Manage invoicing for near-expiry and damaged stock
  • Ensure proper storage and movement of saleable stock
  • Monitor segregation and disposal of expired or damaged goods
  • Maintain compliance with SOPs and HSE standards
  • Coordinate with Sales, AR, Delivery, and Put-away teams
  • Track team productivity and support continuous improvement
  • Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment (MHEs)

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience in the UAE (preferably FMCG)
  • Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
