Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Storekeeper, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations and ensuring proper stock management.
Core Duties Include:
- Process sales return (GRV) transactions within set timelines
- Manage invoicing for near-expiry and damaged stock
- Ensure proper storage and movement of saleable stock
- Monitor segregation and disposal of expired or damaged goods
- Maintain compliance with SOPs and HSE standards
- Coordinate with Sales, AR, Delivery, and Put-away teams
- Track team productivity and support continuous improvement
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment (MHEs)
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience in the UAE (preferably FMCG)
- Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination abilities
