The selected candidate will join the Finance team within the Flight Operations Division, playing a key role in managing financial processes related to crew operations, allowances, and system coordination. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for various finance-related functions:
Flight Logs Processing
- Review and clear exception flight log errors
- Ensure accurate records for crew duty codes, timing, and landing details
- Maintain voyage records as per regulatory requirements
Crew Allowance Processing
- Handle crew allowance system (CAS) issues
- Respond to crew queries and process necessary adjustments
System Testing
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system improvements and updates
Claims Processing
- Process simulator transport and crew rest seat claims
- Approve claims in the e-Claims system
- Create SAP entries for claims outside workflow
Finance Operations
- Coordinate monthly SAP accruals with business units
- Verify vendor invoices and prepare customer invoices
- Calculate crew allowances for charter flights
Additional Duties
- Maintain records for mishandled or lost crew baggage
- Verify interline ticket reports monthly
Education & Skills Requirements

- Diploma in any discipline (Finance/Accounting knowledge preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
