Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory handling. Major duties include:
• Receive frozen materials and check quantity, quality, and documents
• Store products at correct temperatures (around −18°C cold storage)
• Arrange products using FIFO / FEFO inventory methods
• Label, stack, and organize items properly in freezer storage
• Update stock in Oracle and WMS systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconciliation
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
• Monitor expiry dates and prevent spoilage
• Prepare dispatch materials while maintaining cold chain
• Coordinate with Quality Control for sampling checks
• Record temperatures and report equipment issues
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization (5S standards)
The role also requires supervising helpers and operators to ensure proper warehouse transactions and workflow efficiency.
Food Safety & Compliance Duties
