Role Overview: Storekeeper – Lexus Ras Al Khaimah
As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for managing workshop store operations at Lexus Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and consumables while supporting the Workshop Manager with essential administrative tasks.
You will work in a fast-paced automotive workshop environment and interact daily with supervisors, foremen, controllers, and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
The main duties of this role include:

Procuring workshop consumables, tools, equipment, and manuals as instructed

Receiving and inspecting materials to ensure correct quantity and quality
-
Maintaining accurate records of issued and returned materials
-
Supporting inventory audits and attendance records for the workshop
-
Ensuring safety standards are maintained in storage areas
-
Monitoring waste stock and coordinating proper disposal
-
Providing administrative support to the Workshop Manager
Skills and Experience Required
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

Minimum 2 years of stock management experience
-
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (SAP knowledge is an advantage)

Good English communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work accurately in a busy workshop environment
Qualifications

Trade-related Certificate or Diploma in Automotive

2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in an automotive workshop

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and coordination skills
