Role Overview
The Junior Sales Representative supports sales operations by building client relationships, generating new leads, and assisting in executing sales strategies. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, this role plays a key part in customer acquisition and brand visibility, particularly within the 5-gallon water business and Home Office Delivery channels.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

Support the development of strong relationships with new and existing customers

Maintain regular communication to understand customer needs

Lead Generation & Business Growth

Qualifications & Experience
Education

Higher Secondary Certificate, or

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Experience

2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
Skills & Functional Knowledge

Strong customer handling and relationship management skills
