About the Role: Officer – Freezone Services
The Officer – Freezone Services supports the delivery of end-to-end Freezone services by handling client requests, coordinating with authorities, and maintaining accurate operational records. The position requires strong attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily Freezone operations, including:

Processing visa applications (new, renewal, cancellation, and stamping)

Coordinating with PROs and immigration offices for visa follow-ups
-
Supporting residence, entry, and exit permit processing
-
Assisting with E-channel activation and renewal via ADAC gateway
-
Issuing and renewing establishment cards for clients
-
Processing NOCs, employment certificates, and service letters
-
Responding to client queries and escalating complex cases when needed
-
Maintaining accurate transaction and CRM records
-
Coordinating with internal teams and government authorities
-
Supporting audits and preparing basic reports
-
Identifying service delays or process improvement opportunities
-
Following safety guidelines and maintaining an organized workspace
Requirements and Skills
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
-
1–2 years of experience in a similar role
