Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will handle a variety of operational and customer service tasks, including:

Maintaining and updating operational systems such as MARS and TCC platforms

Processing transport booking requests with complete and accurate data entry

Coordinating with service providers to ensure timely transportation schedules

Managing calls, emails, and service requests from internal and external stakeholders

Acting as the first point of contact in chauffeur-drive and pilot arrival lounges

Recording and allocating complaints or feedback for resolution

Conducting spot checks on vehicle conditions, driver grooming, and service quality

Supporting cost-effective resource utilization across transportation operations
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a UAE-based logistics, transport, or car rental company

Strong customer service experience

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Ability to manage multiple operational systems efficiently

Additional foreign language skills will be an advantage

A valid UAE driving licence is preferred
