About the Business Unit – United Diesel
The Warehouse Executive role is part of United Diesel, a specialized division within the Group. United Diesel is an authorized distributor of commercial vehicles, including Renault Trucks and Tata Motors buses and trucks. The division focuses on delivering complete after-sales services and innovative transport solutions, making warehouse efficiency a critical function of daily operations.
Job Purpose
The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring smooth logistics between branches, accurate inventory control, timely local purchasing, and effective coordination of packing, shipping, drivers, and export activities. The role plays a key part in maintaining operational continuity across commercial vehicle operations.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management

Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials across warehouse locations

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and system updates
-
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards
Logistics Between Branches
-
Plan and coordinate inter-branch movement of parts and materials
-
Monitor vehicle availability and optimize routes for efficiency
Inventory Control & Space Optimization

Review and adjust storage locations to maximize space utilization
-
Maintain accurate bin locations and warehouse layout plans
Local Purchasing
-
Source locally available items in line with operational needs

Coordinate with suppliers for delivery timelines and quality checks
Drivers, Packing & Shipping
-
Schedule and supervise drivers for deliveries and transfers
-
Oversee packing to ensure correct labeling and protection of goods
-
Manage shipments for branches, customers, and export destinations
Export Coordination

Prepare export documentation
-
Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and authorities
Qualifications and Experience
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

4–6 years of warehouse or logistics experience in commercial vehicle operations

Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and ERP/WMS systems
-
Good communication, leadership, and multitasking skills
-
Knowledge of procurement and export documentation
-
UAE driving license is an added advantage
