Job Overview

As an Office / Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff while providing efficient administrative support to multiple departments. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to office management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional and friendly approach

  • Manage the reception area, including handling phone calls, messages, and inquiries

  • Process employee requests and provide accurate information when needed

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules

  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance

  • Prepare purchase requests, follow up on quotations, and manage order processing

  • Support invoice tracking and coordinate with the finance team for payments

  • Monitor office supplies, equipment, and general housekeeping

  • Coordinate with building management for maintenance, renewals, and employee concerns

  • Manage daily schedules with drivers and office assistants

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar corporate administrative role

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
