Job Purpose
As a Sales Advisor (also referred to as a Service Point Advisor), you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries both over the phone and at the service counter. You will act as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, delivering a professional, courteous, and efficient service experience.
Key Responsibilities
