Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support lounge operations through effective coordination, monitoring, and reporting.

Plan and manage administrative activities related to manpower deployment and leave allocation

Conduct on-site spot checks and follow up with internal and external stakeholders

Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and raise requisitions in a timely manner

Manage distribution and availability of newspapers, magazines, stationery, and amenities

Generate operational and management reports and circulate them to relevant stakeholders

Coordinate routine maintenance and servicing of lounge equipment

Obtain approvals for repair and maintenance quotations and manage suppliers post-approval

Coordinate with HRSS and authorities for airport passes, driving permits, and approvals

Draft and issue official letters for police and regulatory approvals

Monitor manpower usage and ensure compliance with approved plans

Support project coordination, meeting minutes, and project tracker updates

Assist with ad hoc assignments, staff coordination, and performance support
Required Qualifications and Skills
