Job Purpose

  • Utilize available manpower and equipment to meet operational requirements.

  • Keep work areas free of FOD and ensure excellent housekeeping.

  • Hold and maintain an airport driving permit while adhering to movement area rules.

Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain smooth communication with managers, senior engineers, and team members.

HR & Training Responsibilities

  • Conduct performance reviews for junior engineers and trainees.

  • Attend recurrent Human Factors and regulatory training as required.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to developing team members.

Adaptability

  • Be willing to support aircraft recovery (AOG), diversion operations, or manufacturer facility tasks.

  • Participate in outstation postings or flight duties when required by Emirates operations.


Qualifications & Experience

  • National / Higher National Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electronic, Avionics, or Aeronautical Engineering.

  • Valid UAE GCAA / ICAO Type II / JAR 66 license with at least two Emirates aircraft type ratings.

  • Minimum 5 years certifying experience in aviation maintenance.

  • Strong understanding of international aviation regulations.

  • Must have the right to live and work in India.
