Role Overview
As an Emirates Official Store Supervisor, the successful candidate will provide operational supervision across multiple Emirates Official Store retail outlets, including locations at Emirates Group Headquarters, EGIT, dnata Travel Centre, Dubai International Airport, and The Dubai Mall. The role focuses on leading teams to achieve revenue and profit targets while ensuring the Emirates brand reputation, visual merchandising standards, and customer service excellence are maintained at all times.
The Supervisor will support Merchandise Support Controllers and the Manager – Merchandise, playing a key role in coordinating store operations, inventory management, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations across all Emirates Official Stores in the UAE

Ensure revenue, profit targets, and CCMB branding standards are consistently met

Monitor inventory management across outlets and ensure compliance with standard procedures

Organize annual and ad-hoc stock takes during the financial year

Coordinate product deliveries with EK Stores and external business partners

Develop and maintain a rolling market calendar in coordination with merchandise teams

Prepare and submit weekly or monthly performance reports to the Manager – Merchandise

Conduct regular store visits and monthly store walks across assigned locations

Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams to achieve business and service excellence
Specialized Store Responsibilities

Oversee visual merchandising across Emirates Official Stores

Implement weekly display changes at Headquarters and monthly updates at other stores

Adjust merchandising strategies based on new products, promotions, and sales performance

Maintain full operational knowledge of the Retail Point of Sale (POS) system

Ensure POS system compliance with audit requirements at all times

Supervise setup and daily operations of remote stores and event-based outlets

Manage retail operations during major events such as Dubai Airshow and other exhibitions
Dubai Duty Free and Dubai Mall Coordination
The role extends to collaborating with Dubai Duty Free, where the Supervisor will present new product ideas, manage orders, arrange logistics, and ensure timely invoicing and payments. Wholesale account management is also part of the role.
At The Dubai Mall, the Supervisor will manage guest bookings through digital platforms, handle customer enquiries related to flight simulator experiences, analyze customer data using Google Analytics, and manage invoicing with Emaar Entertainment.
Qualifications and Skills

Proven working experience in a sales or retail environment

Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is a strong advantage

Knowledge of marketing calendars and visual merchandising practices

Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

Strong written and spoken communication skills in English

Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage

Familiarity with the airline industry, sports events, and Arab culture is preferred
