Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

Manage and monitor departmental job costs

Prepare accurate internal and external job cards

Bill labor, parts, oil, sublets, and consumables correctly

Amend computer job cards and invoices
-
Cross-check invoices with system-generated statements
-
Prepare daily workshop performance reports

Maintain administrative and clerical records
-
Compute incentives and prepare claim forms
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills are essential for success in this position.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should meet the following criteria:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cost Clerk in an automotive dealership

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Diploma

Strong proficiency in MS Office

Knowledge of SAP Dealer System (preferred)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Strong administrative and organizational abilities
Previous dealership workshop experience will be highly advantageous.
