Role Overview – Customer Service Agent
The Customer Service Agent plays a key role in delivering exceptional VIP hospitality to passengers, crew, and guests. This position ensures smooth coordination of aircraft movements, crew requirements, and guest services. The role also supports efficient ramp operations and maintains the highest service standards throughout the FBO facility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Facilitate aircraft arrivals and departures for passengers and crew

Coordinate landing permits, take-off permits, and slot requests

Manage schedule changes and deliver services as per handling requests
-
Ensure seamless transition of clients from landside to airside
-
Escort clients and crew to and from aircraft when required

Coordinate third-party services including fuel, catering, hotels, and transport

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all FBO areas

Compile and distribute daily shift reports to stakeholders

Prepare weekly and monthly aircraft movement reports

Process handling files and FBO One system entries accurately

Support invoice processing and handle payments by cash or credit card
-
Identify and report safety hazards to maintain a secure environment
Skills and Service Excellence

Deliver personalized service to VVIP passengers and crew

Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere within the FBO

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Follow operational procedures and support continuous improvement
Qualifications and Experience Requirements

High School Certificate is mandatory

Valid unrestricted UAE driving license is essential

Minimum one year experience as an FBO Customer Service Agent or similar role

Previous aviation operations experience is required

VVIP customer service experience is highly valued

FBO One system knowledge is desirable

Arabic language skills are an advantage
