Minimum Requirements to Apply
Candidates interested in joining Etihad’s Cabin Crew team must meet the following minimum requirements:

Minimum height of 163 cm (no reach test required)

High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage)

High standard of personal grooming with no visible tattoos or piercings

One earring per earlobe permitted for female candidates

Clean criminal record and ability to travel without restrictions

Willingness to serve alcohol, including during Ramadan, in compliance with UAE and GCAA regulations

Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device
