Job Purpose
The Cashier will process a variety of financial transactions—including cash handling, remittances, cheque processing, and foreign currency exchanges—with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires full compliance with internal policies and UAE regulatory standards, ensuring safe and seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence

Welcome customers professionally and thank them after service.

Serve both commercial and retail customers based on ARIE service standards.

Communicate transaction guidelines and regulations clearly.

Promote ARIE products and services where appropriate.

Minimize wait times and continually improve processing speed.

Guide customers to relevant departments for specialized assistance.
Financial & Sales Contribution

Maintain optimal profit margins on transactions.

Promote cross-selling opportunities and convert visitors into IntroCard holders.

Increase customer base, transactions, and revenue through effective engagement.
Operational Accuracy & Compliance

Process foreign currency and remittances with zero error.

Follow cash-handling policies and balance cash accurately.

Report cash discrepancies immediately to supervisors.

Maintain full adherence to AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance.

Complete all documentation accurately and on time.

Recommend process improvements for operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier/Teller.

Experience handling high cash volumes is an added advantage.
