Main Objective of the Role
The primary objective of this position is to coordinate and control Cargo departmental records, documentation, reporting, and communications. The role ensures that all administrative outputs are accurate, timely, and consistent.
The Administrative Coordinator enables management to access reliable information that supports smooth day-to-day cargo operations.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will handle a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, including:
Administrative Support & Coordination

Provide daily administrative support across the Cargo department.

Ensure smooth coordination and continuity of departmental activities.

Act as a focal point for internal and external communications.
Records & Documentation Management
-
Maintain departmental records, manuals, databases, and trackers.
-
Ensure version control, accuracy, and completeness of documents.
-
Manage and update SkyChain administrative records.
Reporting & KPI Management
-
Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
-
Track and share Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
-
Support visibility of cargo sales and operational performance.
Meetings & Training Coordination
-
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up logs.
-
Coordinate SkyChain training sessions for Dubai and outstation staff.
-
Track mandatory training requirements and duty rosters.
Operational & Administrative Readiness
-
Distribute stationery, equipment, and manuals as required.
-
Issue departmental communications and updates.

Support claims handling and distributor information management.
Qualifications & Experience
To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

Fluent in English.
-
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in an airline environment (preferred).

Strong understanding of documentation control and reporting processes.
