Key Responsibilities
The main duties for this position include:
Bus Monitor Responsibilities
-
Supervising students during morning and afternoon bus journeys
-
Managing pupil behavior in a positive and supportive manner
-
Acting as a role model by following “The Aquila Way”

Rewarding positive behavior and good choices
Cleaning Duties
-
Keeping all school areas spotless, tidy, and hygienic
-
Maintaining stock and managing cleaning consumables
-
Ensuring all cleaning procedures are followed correctly
General Support

Upholding confidentiality at all times

Supporting the facilities manager and welfare supervisor
-
Completing any additional tasks needed for the smooth running of the school
Work Schedule & Benefits
