Job Role: Storekeeper
As a Storekeeper at SCAFFCO, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient and accurate inventory control, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling industrial materials, managing ERP systems, and ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure all store operations are in line with quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) policies.

Implement and improve company procedures in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2015.

Coordinate with the Procurement Department for incoming materials and verify accuracy of purchase requests and orders.

Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials while maintaining proper records in the ERP system.

Monitor stock levels, perform physical checks, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movement and discrepancies.

Coordinate transportation for outward deliveries and ensure timely dispatch.

Maintain safe and secure storage practices, particularly for hazardous materials.

Support management in achieving QHSE objectives and report any non-conformances or safety issues.
Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of scaffolding materials and specifications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Excellent organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.

Knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management best practices.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain forklift certification.

Hands-on experience handling dangerous goods and conducting periodic stock audits.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in storekeeping, logistics, export/import, or supply chain management.

Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
