Position: Cashier
Al Nabooda Automobiles is seeking experienced and efficient Cashiers who can manage financial transactions with accuracy and deliver top-tier customer service. This role requires precision, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle cash payments and transactions with customers efficiently and accurately.

Coordinate with the sales department to confirm correct payment amounts and ensure smooth handovers.

Receive finance cheques from banks, leasing customers, and commercial clients while completing all required documentation.

Deposit cash and cheques into the designated bank accounts in compliance with company finance policies.

Manage and control petty cash, ensuring that all records are accurate and funds are available when needed.

Maintain documentation related to cash receipts, deposits, and expenses.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing transaction details and cash flow.

Support the Finance Manager with reporting and compliance requirements.

Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

Participate in personal development initiatives, including training and annual performance appraisals.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashiering or financial role, preferably within the UAE or Middle East.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software systems.

Ability to handle cash and cheque transactions with integrity and accuracy.
