About the Role
The airline is currently seeking Contact Center Agents who will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple communication channels including telephone, email, and web chat. These professionals will be responsible for assisting customers with reservations, answering queries, processing refunds, and providing seamless support that enhances the overall travel experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Responding professionally to customer calls and queries.

Selling, up-selling, and cross-selling Qatar Airways products and services.

Handling multiple products and services, while escalating issues to senior staff when required.

Creating and modifying reservations, issuing tickets, and providing fare quotes.

Managing refunds and changes as per policies.
Successful candidates will undergo six weeks of classroom training followed by four weeks of on-the-job training on the Amadeus system and Qatar Airways’ products. With expert guidance, new hires will be fully equipped to excel in their role.

Candidate Profile
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Education and Experience:

High school qualification with at least two years of relevant experience in airline reservations, ticketing, airport check-ins, or contact centers.

Experience with a GDS system, preferably Amadeus, is essential.

IATA or Airline Basic Tariff certification is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent written and spoken English with strong listening skills.

Ability to handle calls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Proficiency with computers and typing skills.

Customer-focused with a warm, polite, and professional personality.

Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing requirements.
