Job Purpose
The Customer Sales and Service Agent role is designed for individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a front-line representative of Arabian Adventures, you will manage client enquiries, promote travel-related products, and ensure seamless ticketing and reservations.
The primary goal of this role is to convert enquiries into ticketed sales, while maintaining the high-quality standards Arabian Adventures is known for. Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:

Deliver excellent customer service by handling enquiries and resolving concerns professionally.

Promote dnata products, loyalty programs, and destination information tailored to each customer’s needs.

Maximize sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling travel products.

Manage reservations and ticketing in compliance with airline rules.

Suggest alternate routes, classes, or carriers to meet client needs.

Advise customers on essential travel requirements such as visas, passports, health, and insurance.

Maintain regular communication with clients and update them about new offers.

Follow internal audit standards and ensure accurate revenue documentation.

Perform airline reservation tasks, including pre-flight checks, special service requests, and queue management.
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Education: Completion of 12 years of schooling or equivalent.

Experience: At least 1 year in sales, reservations, or ticketing.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong geographical knowledge and numerical ability.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills.

Familiarity with airline reservation systems and dnata Front Office system.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
