Role Overview
The Paint Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s paint sales operations. The main focus will be on developing relationships with premium body shops, garages, and government workshops, while ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets in terms of both volume and profitability

Build strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business accounts

Qualifications and Skills

3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive refinish paints industry

At least 3 years in a supervisory or client-facing sales role

Previous experience in the GCC or Middle East is preferred

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in a relevant field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of technical paints and the ability to add business value beyond pricing
