🛫 Job Purpose:

The Call Center Agent is a key member of the customer service team, responsible for managing inbound customer calls and delivering top-quality assistance. The role involves handling reservations, modifications, and cancellations for flights and holiday packages. Agents are also expected to promote additional services such as ancillary products and loyalty programs, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the company's overall revenue and service goals.


💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about Air Arabia’s products, services, and policies.

  • Process bookings, modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related requests.
