About the Role
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing materials, tools, and equipment within the project site store. The role includes receiving and issuing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing stock reports, and ensuring that all storage activities comply with company procedures and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment.

Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records.

Investigate and report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area.

Ensure proper labeling and location coding of stored materials.

Coordinate safe loading, unloading, and internal movement of materials.

Follow manufacturer storage requirements for sensitive materials.

Maintain Goods Received Notes (GRN), delivery notes, and material issue vouchers.

Prepare periodic stock status reports for the Material Controller and Procurement team.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and transparency.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
Diploma or Secondary School qualification.

Minimum 3–5 years of Store Keeper experience in the construction industry.

Experience handling MEP materials, tools, consumables, and equipment.
Knowledge of ERP or material management systems.
