About the Role
The Tally Clerk supports the Storekeeper and warehouse team by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. The role includes inventory control, stock verification, product labeling, daily stock reporting, and ensuring warehouse operations follow FEFO (First Expiry First Out) principles.
The successful candidate will also contribute to maintaining warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency while supporting loading and dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Receive finished products from production with accurate quantity and quality checks.
Verify proper product labeling, including expiry dates.
Maintain warehouse inventory following FEFO procedures.
Prepare expiry reports and monitor slow-moving inventory.
Control recycling stock and inventory movement.
Submit daily physical stock reports to the Storekeeper.
Dispatch products accurately according to sales orders.
Assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse organization.
Support forklift operators, helpers, and packing teams.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
Inspect trucks before loading to ensure cleanliness.
Report hazards, infestations, or safety concerns immediately.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
High School Certificate.
Warehouse-related certification is preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
Experience in FMCG companies is preferred.
Middle East work experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
Understanding of trade finance and accounting is beneficial.
