About the Role
The Warehouse Operator will support daily warehouse operations including receiving shipments, processing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining organized warehouse activities.
Candidates must have strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to following operational and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving goods from suppliers and forwarders
- Loading and unloading shipments
- Preparing and scanning orders
- Unpacking and labeling packages
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Completing operational reports when required
- Supporting replenishment and shipping activities
- Following warehousing and shipping regulations
- Assisting with shipment document handling
- Ensuring compliance with DAFZA and Dubai Customs regulations
- Performing additional duties assigned by supervisors
Required Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for long hours
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping environments preferred
- Experience in electronics or mobile device warehouses is an advantage
