Job Purpose

The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level support to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) while acting as a central coordination point for the Commercial Office. The role also includes supporting marketing and procurement activities to ensure efficient internal operations.


Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will perform a range of administrative and coordination tasks:

PA Support to Chief Commercial Officer

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up actions
  • Handle correspondence and prioritize daily activities

Commercial Office Support

  • Act as the central administrative contact for the department
  • Coordinate activities across commercial teams
  • Support communication with departments like Finance, Procurement, and Strategy

Marketing & Procurement Support

  • Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and manage approval processes
  • Coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records

Skills & Experience Requirements

Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2–6 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
