Job Overview
The Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in managing warehouse operations related to chemical materials and drilling fluids. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring safe handling, and supporting smooth logistics operations to meet project demands.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Coordinator, your main duties will include:
- Managing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
- Coordinating with logistics teams and shipping partners for timely deliveries
- Monitoring KPIs and optimizing workflow and resource allocation
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks
- Ensuring proper labeling, segregation, and safe handling of chemicals
- Preparing reports and performance updates for management
- Supporting yard operations including loading, unloading, and equipment handling
- Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring equipment is in good working condition
Requirements
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience (preferred)
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High School education or relevant diploma
Skills & Knowledge
- Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of handling hazardous materials and chemicals
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
