Job Purpose
The core responsibility of this role is to ensure that each customer receives the highest standard of support and satisfaction. You will assist Emirates customers with detailed information on tariff fares, issue online tickets, and promote related travel and cargo products. The position also involves providing accurate guidance on travel documentation, visa and health requirements, and check-in details.
You will be expected to actively promote Emirates Group products such as Skywards Memberships, Dubai Stopovers, Hotel Bookings, and Upgraded Fares, enhancing customer engagement and company revenue. The job also involves maintaining an organized workspace by keeping sales materials, brochures, and promotional items up to date—helping customers make informed travel decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure top-quality customer service across all communication channels.

Issue Emirates tickets while adhering to airline policies and legal travel requirements.

Promote additional Emirates products and services to improve revenue.

Maintain updated promotional material and accurate documentation.

Assist the team leader in managing end-of-day sales and transactions.

Build long-term relationships with customers by keeping them informed about new services and offers.

Respond to cargo import and export inquiries, providing quotations and reservations support.

Follow up with clients to maximize revenue and ensure timely shipment updates.
Qualification & Skills Required

Minimum education: 10 years of schooling or equivalent.

Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and customer service skills.

Ability to work efficiently within a busy sales environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email applications.

Familiarity with contact center operations and airline industry standards.

Knowledge of Standard Fares and Ticketing Courses, Skywards, and MARS Reservation Systems.
-
Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
