The Guest Experience Executive ensures that every visitor entering the FBO terminal receives professional, friendly, and personalized service from arrival until boarding the aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services to passengers and visitors.
Main duties include:

Welcome and greet passengers and guests arriving at the FBO terminal

Manage passenger documentation and customs requirements

Handle customer requests such as menu orders and seating arrangements

Coordinate passenger and luggage movement inside and outside the terminal

Prepare and organize flight details for passengers arriving the next day

Assist during events, exhibitions, or shows when required

Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
