Job Purpose
The Customer Care Agent acts as the main point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound communications, managing service requests, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Agent, you will play a vital role in customer communication and service coordination.
Call Handling & Operations
- Manage alarm calls, test calls, and customer service requests
- Register cases and dispatch technicians when required
- Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution
- Provide safety instructions during emergency situations
Customer Interaction
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys

Coordination & Support

Qualifications & Requirements
