About the Merchandiser Role
As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring company products are displayed correctly, well-stocked, and competitively positioned across outlets and warehouses. The role focuses on maintaining high merchandising standards, implementing planograms, managing returns, and supporting smooth product availability.
You will work closely with drivers, Key Account Specialists, and warehouse teams to ensure shelves are clean, prices are accurate, and products are always available for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Installing POS materials effectively at customer outlets

Ensuring company products (all sizes and packaging) are available on shelves
-
Implementing sales planograms and maintaining shelf layouts as per agreements
-
Checking shelf prices for accuracy and correcting discrepancies
-
Identifying damaged or expired products and processing official returns
-
Counting and verifying returned items to avoid discrepancies
-
Arranging and maintaining company products in warehouses
-
Coordinating with drivers to ensure fast and efficient deliveries

Conducting monthly POS inventory checks

Performing price checking (“price fishing”) when required

Sharing competitor activity and market feedback with Key Account Specialists
