Job Role: Data Entry / Receptionist
The Data Entry / Receptionist plays a key role in supporting daily office operations. This position combines document control responsibilities with front-desk and administrative support, ensuring smooth internal workflows and a positive experience for visitors and callers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Data Entry & Document Control

Enter, scan, verify, and store documents accurately

Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems

Control and track document flow within the department

Review documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness

Retrieve files when required and report any discrepancies

Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of records at all times
Reception & Administrative Support

Qualifications and Skills Required
